Services:

In addition to the fine original artworks we carry in our gallery, we offer several related services.

Framing. Working with any of our three independent framers, each with distinct areas of specialization, we offer our customers hassle-free framing services. We do the running around, present you with a range of professionally designed options, and save you money by sharing the volume discounts we receive from our framers.

Free In-home Consultation.
When asked, we routinely visit clients’ homes to perform a thorough site assessment, on which we can then recommend artworks based on medium, style, subject matter, dimensions, and – if important to the client – considerations of decor.

Searches. Say you’re looking for an artwork beyond the scope of our gallery’s collection, such as a painting from the Hudson River School. You give us your criteria – dimensions, price range, specific artist(s), your purchase timetable – and we’ll do the legwork. We’ll research what’s available, compile pricing data on comparable works, arrange a viewing for you in our gallery or your home, and help you complete the transaction.

A Word about the Images You See

We feel it’s vital to mention that the color you see in images on our site – or, for that matter, on any Web site – only approximates the true color of the actual artworks depicted. Not only does color calibration vary widely from monitor to monitor, but digital cameras and scanners can also fail to represent a painting with flawless accuracy, especially when operated at the low resolutions suitable for Web transmission.

That said, we suggest you judge these works on the strength of their compositions and their tonal value. To get the full picture, we invite you to visit us in Andover. However, if distance precludes a gallery visit, and if you’re considering adding to your collection something you’ve seen here, we’re happy to ship works to clients "on approval." Please contact us by e-mail for further information.
