Tax-holiday Weekend, 2025
Massachusetts has designated Saturday & Sunday, August 9 & 10,
as 2025's tax-holiday weekend.
The weekend's tax-exemption applies to any item list-priced at $2,500
or below. However, at Alpers Gallery we've arranged with some of our artists
to reduce the price of 16 paintings to $2,500, for August 9 & 10 only. That way,
they qualify for the weekend's tax-exemption.
Also, for August 9 & 10 only, we're reducing the price of seven other paintings,
already priced below the $2,500 tax-free cap.
